3 steps to a better you


1. CHOLESTEROL
This is  one way to keep the level of cholesterol down
what you need to do is add two table  spoons of  whole grain oats uncooked to a  8-ounce container of yogurt  you can add extra fruit this is healthy and it,s good for you eat this for breakfast for one to three weeks and you will be amazed at how low your cholesterol  can go.
2. EGGS
eggs are a source of protein and we need protein for our bodies so is a way to enjoy scrambled eggs  without oil or butter what you need is a skillet and add 8- ounces of water add the water to the frying pan let it boil a few minutes then add the beaten eggs into the boiling water and cook them the same way you would do with the oil or butter and watch how slim you will become.    

3. BEANS
This is for our bean eater now we always assume that we have to add some kind of meat to our beans to give it flavor no  here is what you do put a pot of water on the stove add a whole clove of garlic let it boil for a  hour then add the beans         after you have soaked and cleaned them add seasoning to the taste with a teaspoon of virgin olive oil and put a top on your beans and cook them low your beans will have a gravy  and a good taste.
